Obiettivi
Objectives

Organize a model of supply-chain of the "Prosciutto di Parma", which contains additional qualities to
those of the PDO, and that is able to meet the demands of both Italian and foreign consumers, whom
pay attention to the ethics of products and to the safety of the food they buy. The animal welfare is the main ethical issue on which we will focus; other isuues will concern the biosecurity and the
responsible use of antibiotics.
