MORE THAN ORGANIC: innovative mamangement for cherries and table grape organic cultivation
Transfer of innovations in agronomic techniques in organic farming (canopy, soil, irrigation and
nutritional management), implementation of phytosanitary control, in order to optimize yields,
maturation, nutraceutical characteristics and performance in cold storage of table grapes and cherries, guaranteeing the consumer a monitoring of the same also on the packaging on the market. Use of IoT (Internet of Things) tools both in the open field and in post-harvesting to constantly monitor the products of the two production chains "from field to table".
1. Management of the biological fertility of the soil in cherry and table grape vineyards;
2. Innovative strategies for the control of Tignoletta, cochineal in organic vineyard, Moth
rigata, Thrips in organic vineyard;
3. Integrated innovative strategies for the containment of Erysiphe necator and rot from
Botrytis cinerea, Aspergillus, Penicillium, Monilia (Monilinia spp) and Gray mold (Botrytis
cinerea)
4. Strategies for the control of diptera in organic cherry trees;
5. Shock treatments with gas inserts in post harvest;
6. transfer of the Blow device application protocol for long-term storage;
7. creation of a Blow applicator to be installed online on the flow-pack.
