Obiettivi
Objectives
The objective of the project is to develop a technology that allows to protect the biodiversity and quality productions of the Marche Region through an analytical technique (Blockchain technology combined with the AMS isotopic analysis) that allows the creation of a digital identity card of a territory and a product and improve the quality and safety of food products. Thanks to the technology we intend to develop, each product will be uniquely linked to a specific geographical area and therefore any attempt to counterfeit the products can be immediately identified.
